4 hours’ tour with guide. Day off: Monday

The tour introduces you to the world of Moscow merchants, its traditions and way of life lasting for centuries. You will visit Zamoskvorechye (literally “beyond the Moscow river”) in the Spiridonovka Street; will see the houses of well-known merchants: Savva Morozov, Pavel Tretyakov, Mikhail Ryabushinsky, etc. You will learn the history of the first “income” homes. The State Tretyakov Gallery is an art gallery in Moscow, Russia, the foremost depository of Russian fine art in the world. The gallery’s history starts in 1856 when the Moscow merchant Pavel Mikhailovich Tretyakov acquired works by Russian artists of his day with the aim of creating a collection, which might later grow into a museum of national art. In 1892, Tretyakov presented his already famous collection of approximately 2,000 works (1,362 paintings, 526 drawings, and 9 sculptures) to the Russian nation.

Old Arbat street

3 hours’ tour with guide

The most famous walking street in Moscow lies to the West of the Kremlin, where its 1.25km span stretches from ploshchad (Square) Arbatskaya to ploshchad Smolenskaya.

Earlier a main road, In the 1980s it became a pedestrian street, with a new lease of life as a tourist attraction. Maybe the legendary writers of the past no longer drink their coffee here, but a host of mime artists, soap-‐box   poets, souvenir   shops   and   art   stalls   evoke   a   decidedly bohemian atmosphere that can still inspire. In 2013 Arbat celebrated its 520th anniversary. Through the centuries Arbat used to be one of the most bohemian places of Moscow. It attracted a lot of prominent Russian people – writers, poets, and artists.

Today Arbat is a promenade full of small cozy cafes and street life: artists offer a quick portrait, street musicians and dancers perform on every corner, and souvenirs are everywhere. To find the real Moscow lifestyle we will hide into Arbat’s side streets. From a historical point of view, the Exhibition has always been an ideological loudspeaker of the country government.

Kolomensoye park and Palace Of Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich Romanov

3 hours’ tour with guide. Day Off: Monday

Kolomenskoe truly is a historical place dating back to XIV century. One can spend all day exploring it and it will never be enough. Kolomenskoe is famous for the Ascension church, the Wooden Palace of Tsar Alexis I and various buildings from XVII century. I, however, suggest looking at Kolomenskoe from another angle – it is a beautiful park with an apple garden, an old oak-trees grove, hills and streams and of course the Moscow River.

The palace of Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich Romanov was built in 1672 on the territory of the Kolomenskoye homestead, and it was a monument to the success of Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich in government. The palace played an important role in political life and was primary country residence of the Tsar. In the palace there were political meetings and ambassadors from other countries were accepted.

Palace will impress you with exterior elegance, thoughtful planning and wealth of interiors, in which the numerous family of the Russian Tsar used to live.
